When you purchase Products or Services from TimeToTale, you agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your order, including shipping and handling charges. You will need to select a payment method and provide accurate information regarding your credit card or other authorized payment form (e.g., credit card or PayPal). By doing so, you represent and warrant that this information is true, correct, and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
At the time you place your order, you authorize us and our designated payment processor(s) to charge the full amount to your chosen payment source. It is your responsibility to promptly update your account information with any changes, such as billing address or credit card expiration date. Risk of loss and title for products you purchase from us pass to you upon delivery of any such products to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.
At TimeToTale, our books are crafted to your specifications, making each product unique and non-returnable. However, you do have options if you need to cancel your order:
Cancellation Before Printing
You can cancel your order by emailing us at support@timetotale.com before it goes to printing. We will notify you via email once your order enters the printing stage, and you can also track the status of your order on our website. Please note that this notification does not guarantee that cancellation is still possible, as printing may have commenced before you receive the email. Upon receiving your cancellation request, our dedicated team will make every effort to process it promptly.
Cancellation Due to Late Delivery
If we fail to deliver your order within 40 days from the date you placed it, you have the right to cancel your order. However, please note that any late delivery resulting from incomplete or incorrect addresses may lead to shipping delays and additional costs. In such cases, we cannot provide refunds or exchanges, as described in Section 10 of these Terms.
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, internet outages, labor strikes, or governmental actions
Cancellation Due to Faulty Products
In the case of faulty products, please notify us as soon as you discover any defect. You will be deemed to have inspected the product within a reasonable time frame, but no later than 14 days after receiving it.
If you cancel your order prior to printing, we will issue a full refund. For cancellations due to late delivery or faulty products, we will refund all sums paid, including any initial and re-delivery charges (if applicable). The total refund will be the entire amount paid for the products, minus any Coupons or discounts applied at the time of purchase.
By confirming your order, you accept the product as previewed and acknowledge that no further changes will be made once it enters production.
Refunds are not issued for orders canceled due to content violations or account abuse as described in Section 19.

At TimeToTale, we are committed to providing our products at affordable prices and frequently distribute offer codes (collectively, "Coupons") through various channels. If you need your order sooner, you can opt for Express shipping options during checkout. However, please understand that choosing an upgraded shipping option does not guarantee overnight delivery.
Express shipping may not be available for all destinations or at all times. If no express option is presented during checkout, it is not currently available for your order.
c) International Orders:
For shipments outside the United States, please be aware that your order may be subject to customs regulations and additional local taxes. Any related charges are the responsibility of the recipient, and TimeToTale cannot be held liable for such costs.
